Age group: 2+ years
What you need:
- An empty box with a flip top lid. Such as those used for washing powder tablets or pizza.
- Sticky backed plastic (such as Fablon)
- Gems, sequins, stickers for decorating
What to do:
- Cover the box in sticky back plastic.
- Provide your toddler with stickers, self adhesive gems and shapes, sequins and other pretty things.
- Give them freedom to decorate as they please.
- When everything is dry, allow them to place their treasures inside.
Tips:
- Remember to leave the bottom clear of any lumpy decorations or it won’t stand firmly.
- make sure you show yout toddler where not to stick things-like over the flap so that it no longer opens.
